We want you to love your V Wave hair! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. The hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Limitations: Please note that after one to two returns or chargebacks, you may be blocked from future purchases. We reserve the right to limit orders from customers who frequently return items.
